Last updated: June 17, 2026

3D Vikings (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and safeguard information obtained from visitors, customers, and merchants (collectively, “Users”) of our website (3dvikings.com), our 3D printing and fulfillment services, and any related applications (collectively, “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use our Services.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under the applicable age of consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

1. Who We Are

3D Vikings is a 3D printing fulfillment platform operated by SIA 3D Factory, registered in Latvia, EU. We provide on-demand 3D printing services, allowing merchants to connect their e-commerce stores (such as Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and other supported platforms) to our platform so that orders placed by their end-customers are automatically routed to our production facilities for manufacturing and shipping.

Depending on the context, we may act as either a data controller (when processing your data for our own business purposes) or a data processor (when processing data on behalf of a merchant to fulfill an order).

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We collect information that you provide to us when you:

Create an account — name, email address, password, and optional profile details.
Place or receive an order — billing address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely via third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
Upload 3D models — STL, OBJ, or other file formats submitted for printing.
Contact us — any information you include in support requests, feedback, or correspondence.
Connect a store — OAuth credentials and store details for supported e-commerce platform integrations.
